Bus hire in Barcelona with one driver and one plan
I run a small fleet for groups: a Mercedes V-Class, a Mercedes Sprinter minibus, a minibus and a coach. Every booking comes with a driver, and the price is for the whole vehicle. I plan the route, the pick-up and the timing with you before the day, so the group has one head count, one set of luggage and one point of contact.
Groups ask for bus hire in Barcelona for a few typical jobs: airport arrivals, school and sports trips, company events, wedding guests and day trips along the coast. The sections below explain what fits, what it costs and how to book.
The fleet: 7, 16, 33 and 60 seats

Pick by headcount and luggage. A group of 15 with big suitcases may be better in the minibus than a full Sprinter. Pages for each size: V-Class, Sprinter, 30-seater minibus and 50-seater coach.
Prices, VAT included
The fixed airport price between El Prat and Barcelona is €80 in the V-Class, €200 in the Sprinter and €320 in the minibus or coach; the cruise port to or from Barcelona or the airport has the same price. A day with the driver at your disposal, 8 hours, is €630, €785, €900 and €900 in the same order.
Hire by the hour has a 6-hour minimum per day, with no maximum, and extra hours are charged at the hourly rate. Everything outside the table, such as other destinations, other dates and several days, is quoted on request. Prices are in euros and include VAT. The whole table is on the prices page.

Why groups book with me instead of a big desk
A large booking platform sells you a seat count and passes the job to a subcontractor. I quote the vehicle, run the job myself and answer the messages about it. If a flight is late or the school changes the pick-up time, you speak to the person who knows your booking.
The fleet is deliberately small and in four sizes, so you are not choosing between dozens of options. For most groups the answer is clear once I know the headcount, the luggage and the route. If it is not, I quote two vehicles and you choose.
What to prepare before you ask for a quote
Groups get a faster, more accurate quote when they send the same five things: the date, the pick-up and drop-off, the number of passengers, the amount of luggage and whether the trip is a fixed transfer or a day at your disposal. For schools and teams, add the number of adults. For corporate groups, add the company name for the invoice.
If you only have part of this, send what you have. Dates move, and headcounts change, and I would rather give you a quote you can adjust than ask you to wait.
Group logistics worth knowing
Large vehicles need space. Hotels in the old town of Barcelona often have narrow streets, and a coach cannot always stop at the door. I tell you where the vehicle will stop, and for tight addresses I suggest the Sprinter or the minibus. Check the Visit Barcelona website for the areas your group plans to visit.
Time also matters. Barcelona’s roads are slow at weekday rush hours, and coaches face restrictions in some central streets. When a schedule is tight, such as a flight or a ferry, I build in a margin and tell you the reason for it.
